What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
During a typical RTT session, guided hypnosis is used to explore the parts of the mind which hold answers to some of your deepest challenges and questions about yourself. You will be aware and in complete control throughout the session, so there’s no need to worry about divulging information you might not be ready or willing to talk about. Throughout the process, you will be guided as you work with a therapist such as Vanessa Montejano to understand, feel, and heal the blocks which prevent you from living the life you desire.

I start by putting you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. You are always in control, and you will remember everything afterwards.
In this relaxed state with access to your subconscious mind, we revisit scenes from your life which have everything to do with where your deeper beliefs (which are driving your current behaviors) stemmed from.
Looking at these scenes with your adult eyes, you can give new meaning to them and remove any irrational beliefs that you may have formed as a child. After looking over three or four scenes from your life and working together to understand their meaning for you, I then make suggestions to your subconscious mind,, upgrading your mind with new helpful, supportive beliefs that are in line with what you want for yourself and your life.
You will then receive a very powerful transformational recording which you will listen to for at least 30 days.
The mind learns by repetition and by hearing these suggestions every day, you are programming yourself with new habits and positive thoughts which will lead to the right habits of action.
This is why RTT works so well for breaking habits like smoking or emotional eating, but it is also great for Premenstral dysphoric disorder (PMDD), premenstrual syndrome (PMS), mood swings, confidence issues, low self-worth, depression, anxiety and much more.
The change brought about through RTT is profound, lasting and going to make a real difference in your life. You can free yourself from a fear, a belief, a health issue or a habit that is blocking you and causes you a great deal of discomfort. You will improve your wellbeing and start to feel lighter, happier and more relaxed.

Typical Results
Clients typically begin to see results after their first or second session. My innovative, Brain-Science-Based approach helps clients to gain awareness around the root cause of their issues and provides easy to learn, easy to use, immediately relevant tools, techniques and solutions to overcome their biggest challenges and begin to set them up for success. Many clients report that they begin to get positive feedback from friends, family members, or coworkers after 1 RTT Session. RTT aims to deliver transformative change in 1 to 3 sessions.
What is hypnotherapy?
How many appointments will I need?
For Coaching that is up to you. I suggest we start with one session and see what makes the most sense for you. For Hypnotherapy we can’t really determine that until we see what we uncover in a session. Many clients I see just one time for a specific issue, it could take up to 2 – 3 sessions and sometimes the best solution is a Hypnotherapy session followed by coaching.
How long is a session?
For a Hypnotherapy session, please allow for 2 hours as sessions run from 90 – 120 minutes. For Coaching, I recommend starting with an hour and from there we can determine the best amount of time and cadence for further appointments.
